XXX Siglo Treinta Gold Tequila ($15)
A new tequila, XXX is made up of about half agave and half neutral spirit, the perfect, gently sweet tequila for a tequila sunrise (one of the most neglected cocktails on the planet). Combine 2 ounces of XXX with one-half ounce of lime juice, 3 ounces of orange juice and a dash of grenadine. Singing will soon follow.
